Molly Morgan, RDN, CDN, CSSD
Molly Morgan is an experienced registered dietitian and author. She started Creative Nutrition Solutions in 2005 and has worked with Fortune 500 companies, national brands, and professional sports teams.
Molly extensively writes and develops recipes and content for numerous projects and has authored three books including: Drink Your Way to Gut Health (2015), Skinny Size-It (2014), and The Skinny Rules (2011).
She was a sports nutrition consultant to the Ottawa and Belleville Senators (NHL/AHL hockey) for 14 seasons. Where she created and developed custom nutrition plans for players, recipes, and interactive workshops. Additionally, she was the sports nutrition consultant for Binghamton University Men's Basketball for 7 seasons where she delivered custom workshops and nutrition plans.
Molly has been a blogger for MensFitness.com and routinely works with the media. Her expertise has been used by: Bicycling, CNN, ESPN-Women, Fitness, Glamour, Health, Men’s Health, Readers Digest, Real Simple, Self, Shape, Women’s Health, and more.
The work Molly has done in the area of nutrition promotion has won numerous awards from The New York State Education Department and has been published in the Journal of Health Promotion and Practice (April 2009). She has been a presenter at many workshops both international and domestically including: the CDC Prevention & Wellness Summit and presents to numerous coaches and athlete workshops including New York State Association for Health & Physical Educators and New York State Public High School Athletic Association.
Molly completed her degree in clinical dietetics and coordinated practice at the State University at Buffalo and is a Board Certified Sports Specialist Dietitian (CSSD).
She is a past president of the New York State Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Southern Tier Dietetic Association. Additionally she has served as a member of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Consumer Health Informatics Work Group.
Molly lives in Upstate New York with her husband and two sons. She enjoys sports, running, mountain biking, cooking, writing, playing the piano, drawing, and her favorite fruit is mango.
